Hailing from Denver Colorado, REESE GOLDMAN grew up exploring what sparked her creativity and passions in life and found that through dance. After graduating from Denver school of the Arts in 2011, she had the opportunity to work as a company apprentice for Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Theater. She then went on to attend Virginia Commonwealth University where she earned her BFA in dance and choreography. While at VCU, she has had the pleasure of working with numerous faculty members including performing in works by Christian von Howard and Autumn Proctor Waddell. In her junior year of collage, Reese spent a semester in Europe at the Trinity Laban Conservatory of Music and Dance in London where she continued to study dance and travel. After graduation last May, Reese spent her time in Chicago doing a scholarship program under director Nick Pupillo with Visceral Dance Chicago. Reese since then has been a freelance dancer in Atlanta and just moved back to Colorado last year. Reese is excited to be back in Colorado and working under Jacob in her second season with the Moraprovida dance company. She has hopes of traveling around the world, seeing and learning new things while dancing the whole time. She would like to thank her family, friends and faculty for all the love and encouragement over the past years.
