Contemporary Dance Ensemble joined by a cast of 18 other dancers from the community.  A Landing March 16th & 17th 2018 in Denver Colorado-Moraporvida Contemporary Dance announces the show (De)Fences featuring two works entitled A Landing Place and The Pink Blue.  Both dances were created by Artistic Director Jacob Mora and will be presented at the Cleo Parker Robinson Art Complex at 119 Park Ave West, Denver Colorado 80205.

(De)Fences features the premier of A Landing Place. A provocative dance that features the Moraporvida Place explores the concept of how we as human beings become the docking place for emotional sabotage. The dance features a chilling score that equally explores the nuances of the human condition through the compelling movement and motifs.

The Pink Blue is a classic dance from the repertory of Moraporvida that has seen many award tables including performances spreading from Dance USA through Utah, Wyoming, and New York. The incredible score features sounds from Tricky, Bjork, Lauryn Hill and Mos Def. With themes that mirror our present climate, The Pink Blue was created to explore how walls and barriers affect isolate and destroy relationships.
